About Peter C. McCall
Peter C. McCall is the Founder and Managing Principal of McCall Partners LLC, an asset-holding and financial advisory firm established in 2001. He brings over four decades of experience in financial structuring, credit risk, and capital markets, beginning his career in 1983 at GE Credit Corp. Peter went on to hold senior roles at Kidder Peabody and Nomura Securities, where he helped pioneer innovative financial strategies in mortgage origination and insurance markets.
Under his leadership, McCall Partners has provided early-stage investments, cap table support, and interim CFO services to emerging companies across sectors such as renewable energy, photonics, IoT, sensors, and medical technologies. His deep involvement in clean energy, particularly through an investment in utility-scale flow batteries, positioned the firm as an early mover in microgrid and sustainable infrastructure financing.
In 2023, Peter’s investment in Global OTEC LTD led to a board position with the United Nations Secretariat of SIDSDOCK, where he was elected Chair of the Finance Committee and currently serves as Chief Investment Officer of the SIDSDOCK Foundation, a 501(c)(3) committed to climate resilience and sustainable development for Small Island Developing States.
Peter earned his degree in Political Science from Columbia University, Class of 1981. He believes deeply in the urgent need for global cooperation to address the climate crisis and envisions a future that is cleaner, more affordable, and equitably shared.
